Job Summary
Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead leads customer journeys in-store, driving daily sales goals while delivering eyewear solutions and optical product knowledge. The role requires optical experience (12 months) or ABO Certification, state-specific optician licensing as applicable, and a strong customer-focused presence. Responsibilities include guiding patients through the Visionworks experience, measuring eyewear, keeping product knowledge current, supporting store operations, and opening/closing duties for LEAD positions. Part-time role with hourly pay and benefits; prior optical experience or ABO certification is preferred, with HS diploma or equivalent required.
