Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through training, and troubleshoots eyewear requirements as necessary. Executes operational activities including opening and closing the store in lead positions only. Requires a HS diploma or GED. This role supports the retail vision care brand by ensuring every patient receives a simple, human, and bold experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- maintaining camera presence during meetings
