Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients to recommend products that meet their eye care needs and ensure eyewear is dispensed correctly. Measure customers for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot needs as necessary. Execute operational tasks including opening and closing the store to support financial and customer experience goals. Deliver daily sales targets while maintaining state license requirements for dispensing eyewear. Requires 12 months of prior optical experience or ABO certification.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
