Job Summary
Senior Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the Visionworks store, driving the customer journey and achieving daily sales goals by engaging patients, recommending products, and ensuring eyewear needs are met with product knowledge. Responsibilities include leading customer experience, training in optical services, qualifying and measuring patients for eyewear, and performing store opening/closing duties in LEAD positions; requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification and licensure per state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
