Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients/customers for their eyewear, maintains product/optical knowledge through training, and troubleshoots eyewear needs as necessary. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. Ensures eyewear is Right the First Time through continuous training and development.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
