Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through continuous training, and executes operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment. Ensures eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way while supporting the store's financial and customer experience objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
