Job Summary
Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead responsible for delivering the Visionworks customer journey and meeting daily sales goals in a part-time store role. Leads in-store activities, guides patients through eyewear selection, maintains optical product knowledge, and provides exceptional customer experiences. Requires 12 months optical experience (or ABO Certification), HS diploma or equivalent, and active state license as needed. The role emphasizes leadership in daily operations, in-store presence, and coaching to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time, with responsibilities including opening/closing the store in LEAD positions and achieving sales objectives with an emphasis on service quality and product expertise.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
