Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
