Job Summary
Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for Visionworks in Edina, MN Part-Time who leads the customer journey and drives daily sales goals. Responsibilities include guiding patients through the eyewear selection and Visionworks experience, engaging with customers to recommend products/services, measuring patients for eyewear, maintaining optical knowledge through ongoing training, and assisting with store operations in LEAD positions (opening/closing as needed). Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, and compliance with state licensing requirements where applicable. Strong emphasis on customer experience, product knowledge, and leadership within a retail optical environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
