Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products meeting their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through training, and troubleshoots needs to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Executes operational activities including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. This role requires a HS diploma or GED with related experience.
