Job Summary
Lead a part-time Faherty Brand store team in Oak Brook to drive sales and operational excellence. You will manage in-store sales, cash handling, client outreach, events, and daily store routines while coaching teammates to maintain brand standards and a positive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include managing cash procedures, restocking based on sell-through, upholding visual standards, executing store events, and collaborating with the leadership team to drive guest capture, retention, and performance metrics. Requires leadership experience in retail, omnichannel awareness, proficiency with Google Suites/MS Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work at least nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope
- hi-growth direct to consumer retail brand experience preferred
- Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team to provide seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce
- Proficiency with technology apps including Google Suites and MS Office
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a leadership team
- Proven track record of sales performance and achieving goals
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
