Job Summary
Act as a role model by developing strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement initiatives. Assist in training team members, provide coaching, and help drive store performance through personalized styling and achieving sales targets. Maintain deep product knowledge, manage store operations including opening/closing and visual merchandising, and navigate diverse communication settings. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with a solution-oriented mindset. Requires 1+ years of retail experience, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 30lbs, and operating POS registers.
