Job Summary
As a Sales Lead in our Columbia, MD retail location, you’ll drive personal sales and KPIs, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach team members, and learn product knowledge to become a top-seller. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a proactive approach to meeting performance targets while upholding Purple’s standards and policies. The position is part-time (approx. 15-29 hours/week) with potential monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
