Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions while supporting store leadership in driving sales and achieving targets. Assist in training and developing team members by providing coaching and support, and help drive performance by identifying customer needs and providing personalized styling recommendations. Maintain deep product knowledge to support confident purchasing decisions and assist with store operations, including opening and closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to policies. Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization and proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
