Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions while driving store performance by identifying needs and providing personalized styling recommendations. Assist in training team members, offering coaching to ensure success, and support leadership in creating a meaningful shopping experience. Manage store operations including opening and closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to policies. Maintain deep product knowledge to support confident purchasing decisions and navigate diverse communication settings across organizational levels. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays to help your store be successful.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
