Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions while assisting store leadership in driving sales and achieving targets. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and provide coaching to team members. Maintain deep product knowledge to offer personalized styling recommendations and assist with store operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Navigate diverse communication settings and proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, performing additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure store success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
