Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions while supporting community engagement initiatives. Assist in training and developing team members by providing coaching and support to ensure team success. Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill's products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing the store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience. Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization, adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
