Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions while supporting community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Assist in training and developing team members by providing coaching and support to ensure team success, helping drive store performance through personalized styling recommendations and adherence to sales targets. Maintain deep knowledge of products to support confident purchasing decisions and assist with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and manager on duty responsibilities. Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization and take ownership of assigned challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help the store succeed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
