Job Summary
Develop strong customer relationships through genuine interactions and act as a role model for the team. Support store leadership by driving sales, providing personalized styling recommendations, and assisting with training and coaching new team members. Manage store operations including opening and closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to policies while navigating diverse communication settings. Maintain deep product knowledge to help customers make confident purchasing decisions and proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure store success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
