Job Summary
Drive individual sales and results through strategic decisions to meet performance metrics, establishing clear personal goals and consistently monitoring progress. Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing product knowledge to match customer needs while upholding visual and operational standards. Coach team members to foster a positive work environment and exhibit selling behavior aligned with company strategy. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a good faith estimate of 15-29 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment
- Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving
- Understanding of basic business management functions
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Proven competencies in effective communication
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Reaching or bending repeatedly
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Operating power tools, depending on position
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
