Job Summary
Lead and support Faherty’s Newport Beach store operations part-time, driving sales and guest engagement while upholding brand standards. The role encompasses in-store sales processing, client outreach, event planning and execution, cash handling, visual merchandising, and floor leadership to ensure high performance. Responsibilities include managing store operations and metrics, collaborating with leadership, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency with technology and apps (Google Suites, MS Office) and a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and brand advocacy are required to maintain an inclusive, high-energy store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope
- Minimum of 6 months leadership experience
- Familiar with Google Suites and MS Office
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Proven ability to coach and develop a leadership team
- Retail leadership experience preferred in hi-growth direct-to-consumer brands
