Job Summary
Sales Lead at Lane Bryant in Louisville leads and coaches a retail team, partners with Store Manager to execute daily action plans, ensures smooth store operations, trains and motivates associates, and steps in as Manager when needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years retail experience
- Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Passion for styling and love of working with people
