Job Summary
Sales Lead at Merrimack Premium Outlets focusing on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching and supporting associates, collaborating with the Store Manager, and stepping in as manager when needed. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing an engaged team, maintaining visual and operational standards, driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through the POS and available tools, providing in-the-moment feedback and coaching, building productive relationships, and using technology to stay aligned with company priorities and promotions. Preferred 6 months of retail sales experience and management experience; strong communication and coaching skills; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
