Job Summary
Sales Lead at LOFT (Store 0853-Clackamas Town Center, Portland, OR) focused on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching and supporting associates, and stepping in as manager when needed. Collaborates with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, uphold high visual and operational standards, and drive an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Uses technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, offers in-the-moment feedback and coaching, builds relationships, and supports onboarding and development of the team. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail sales experience and management experience are preferred. Shows initiative in decision-making and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines.
