Job Summary
Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and growth in Guadalajara, owning the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replicate proven playbooks and take full ownership of the territory’s success, focusing on impact and scalability. Requires 3+ years in outbound B2B sales, experience in financial services, CRM proficiency (Hubspot preferred), and bilingual Spanish/English communication with a strong consultative approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
- Experience in Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot)
- Strong skills in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
