Job Summary
Lead Stylists at Levi Strauss & Co. are responsible for modeling and coaching customer-centric service across sales, merchandising, and store operations to meet sales goals. The role involves applying product knowledge to suggest looks aligned with current promotions, promoting the omni-channel experience (including Red Tab Loyalty), resolving consumer concerns per policy, collaborating with store management on elevated issues, and training/coaching store staff to embody LS&CO selling practices. Responsibilities include cash handling, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment, policy compliance, and adoption of new store technologies to enhance the consumer experience and store performance. The position requires fashion-savvy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work a flexible schedule; prior experience in retail or customer-focused roles and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
