Sales Lead -Lane Bryant

As a Sales Lead, you will create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership will cultivate a store where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you’ll be able to seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. You’ll help guide your team to success with the support of store leaders, welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs, share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers, empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model, identify business opportunities with store leaders, and assist with onboarding new associates. You’ll also support adherence to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies, while motivating and coaching teammates to improve performance.
