Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by greeting all guests, utilizing product knowledge for suggestive selling, and promoting Jockey Rewards® membership. Manage store operations by acting as Manager on Duty for opening and closing, processing transactions, and assisting with merchandising, stock, and markdowns. Coach the store team, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a safe, clean environment while protecting company assets. Support hiring efforts and drive store-level sales goals and profitability. This part-time role in Gloucester, NJ, offers a pay range of $17.00 - $18.00/hr, PTO, and discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience
- Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.
