Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by greeting all guests, engaging them to identify needs, and utilizing product knowledge for suggestive selling. Manage store operations by assisting with opening and closing, acting as Manager on Duty, and performing sales transactions. Coach the store team, promote company programs and Jockey Rewards membership, and drive store-level sales goals and profitability. Handle merchandising tasks including stocking, markdowns, and visual standards while ensuring a safe, clean environment and protecting company assets. Maintain adherence to all policies and support hiring efforts. This role requires full-time hours at our North Conway, NH location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience
- Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.
