Job Summary
Sales Lead (Key Holder) at Jockey in Round Rock, TX; provide excellent customer service, lead store team, and assist with opening and closing of the store. Drive all aspects of store-level sales and profitability, coach and direct staff, engage customers to identify needs and suggest solutions, promote rewards programs, process transactions, and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management. Responsibilities include merchandising, safeguarding assets, ensuring policy adherence, maintaining a safe/clean environment, and supporting hiring efforts. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of management experience and three years of retail or customer service experience.
