Job Summary
As a Sales Lead (Key Holder) at Jockey, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with store management, and supporting store sales goals. This role requires establishing relationships with co-workers and guests, providing feedback and coaching, and engaging customers to meet their needs. You will also handle sales transactions, manage store opening and closing procedures, and assist with merchandising and inventory security. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
