Job Summary
Sales Lead for Jockey at Columbus, OH – responsibilities include customer service excellence, coaching and directing store team, driving sales, opening/closing duties, merchandising, cash handling, and acting as Manager on Duty in absence of store management. Promote company programs (Rewards, satisfaction guarantees), grow Jockey Rewards membership, assist with hiring, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Part-time role with on-site work; preferred candidate has 1 year of management experience and 3+ years in retail or customer service.
