Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and achieve store sales goals through warm greetings, suggestive selling, and engaging guests to identify needs. Act as Manager on Duty to oversee opening and closing procedures, manage the store team with coaching and direction, and handle all sales transactions including payments and cash handling. Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and visual standards while ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a safe environment. Support hiring efforts and promote Jockey Rewards membership. This part-time role at our Howell, MI location requires strong interpersonal skills and offers PTO and discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience
- Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.
