Job Summary
As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and play a key leadership role to cultivate smooth operations, a well-presented store, and motivated, trained associates with potential to step into the Manager role. You will motivate and coach the team, drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders, share product knowledge to inspire customers, and support onboarding while adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years retail experience
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
