Job Summary
Lead sales generation and exceptional customer focus by building genuine relationships and offering expert styling advice. Maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns while motivating the team to exceed hourly, daily, and weekly business goals. Generate ideas to evolve the business, hold others accountable, and foster a diverse, inclusive environment. Work in a fast-paced setting with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience
