Job Summary
Represent Mr. Plumber and the CostCo partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options. Work inside CostCo to start conversations with members, explain service benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants. Build relationships with store associates and managers while educating customers and staff on the value of clean, treated water. Track goals and celebrate wins with ongoing training and support. This role requires face-to-face interaction, active listening, and the ability to stand or walk for 4–8 hours in a retail environment. Candidates must be comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and texting, and be available to work Saturdays during peak hours.
