Job Summary
Engage shoppers inside Costco kiosk locations by initiating friendly conversations about home water treatment options and setting appointments for service consultants. Educate customers and staff on the benefits of clean, treated water while building relationships with store associates and managers. Track daily goals and guide interactions toward clear next steps using a smartphone for scheduling and communication. This role requires standing or walking for 4–8 hours, working Saturdays during peak hours, and maintaining a professional demeanor when facing rejection. You will represent Mr. Plumber as the face of our Costco partnership, supported by training and performance-based compensation.
