Job Summary
Remote temporary contract Sales Lead Generation Associate responsible for email prospecting, qualifying, and processing marketing leads for the Sales team and generating summarized reports. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts; manage and administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics); set up lead scoring models; track inbound/outbound activities; generate reports on lead generation performance and KPIs; use emails or LinkedIn to connect with prospects and support the nonprofit team; explore automation tools and continuous learning. Preferred hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT with flexibility for EST; based in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience creating a report using Salesforce and HubSpot
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting or related research activities
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo.io, or any related CRM and lead generation tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding
- Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently
- Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is required
- Professional experience to support research and organization of leads and identify high-quality prospects for the sales team
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred keeping info up to date in CRM
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Experience with or a strong desire to learn about tools and technologies that automate lead generation processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay motivated working remotely
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
