Job Summary
Sales Lead at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Gaithersburg, MD. Responsible for owning front desk operations, driving sales performance across memberships, retail, gift cards, and services, coaching front desk staff on conversion and booking strategies, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Leads the front desk team, supports daily operational execution, trains new team members, and collaborates with spa leadership to maintain momentum and consistent performance in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Requires strong sales, customer-service orientation, and leadership abilities; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; familiarity with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
