Job Summary
Sales Lead to drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; actively coach the front desk team on conversion and sales behaviors; lead front desk operations and guest flow to meet sales and service goals; promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence; support daily operational execution and reporting; train and develop new and existing front desk staff; ensure high standards of guest experience and consistency across client interactions; position offers opportunities for advancement within a multi-unit spa organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
