Job Summary
Invicta Stores is seeking a motivated full-time Sales Lead to lead sales efforts, assist customers, and maintain store standards while adhering to operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior key holder retail experience required
- Prior experience with POS registers
- Prior experience following bank deposit and cash handling guidelines
- Prior experience handling alarm activation and disarming alarms
- Ability to complete daily inventory and associated tasks
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, and/or weekends and holidays)
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to adhere to schedules and to be at work on time

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish/Portuguese language desired
