Job Summary
As a Sales Lead, you will partner with the Store Manager in daily operations, which include opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. You will assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, assist in monitoring key performance indicators, schedule employees, provide coaching and training, and ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety measures, securing the store outside of operating hours, and completing assigned tasks by management. A minimum of one year retail experience is required, alongside a high school diploma. Candidates must be willing to work flexible part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred
