Sales Lead - FOAMGLAS Industry Netherlands

Job Summary
Sales Lead for the FOAMGLAS Industry in the Netherlands, responsible for promoting and selling the FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and related sectors. You will manage tenders and maintenance projects, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, EPCs, contractors, distributors and owners, and collaborate across the matrix organization to identify opportunities, specify requirements, and drive the commercial realization of projects. The role requires a strong technical background in engineering or a related field, deep industry knowledge of insulation contractors and asset owners, excellent relationship-management and value-based selling skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will work remotely from the Netherlands and engage with European sales teams to achieve growth and expansion while upholding high ethical standards and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience contributing to mid- and large-scale industrial projects
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in technical sales within industry, with understanding of long-term sales cycles
- Background in manufacturing, building materials, engineering or as an industrial contractor is highly preferred
