Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, focusing on achieving store goals and maximizing sales through warm greetings, suggestive selling, and utilizing product knowledge to meet guest needs. Act as Manager on Duty during store openings and closings, managing cash transactions, counting money, and processing payments. Offer feedback, coaching, and direction to the store team while assisting with merchandising, stock levels, and visual standards. Ensure adherence to all policies, protect company assets, and support hiring and recruiting efforts. Required Qualifications
