Sales Lead-Fairfax Corner

As a Sales Lead, you are a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences, guides and coaches associates, collaborates with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, and can step in as manager when needed. You will drive personalized customer interactions, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, leverage technology for an omnichannel shopping experience, provide in-the-m moment feedback, and build productive relationships to support the store’s success.
