Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of 4 by setting sales targets and ensuring they are met across various locations. Travel to exhibitions as scheduled to set up displays, manage on-site operations, and handle cash flow with accuracy. Engage customers, showcase products, and close sales while analyzing regional preferences to tailor product selection. Ensure the right inventory is available for each market, manage stock responsibly, and provide daily sales and stock reports. Maintain organized records and address operational issues that arise during events.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, field sales, or a similar role in retail or exhibitions
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country for exhibitions and events
