Sales Lead for Defence in London Victoria (onsite). Lead strategic origination and cultivate Tier-1 prospects in Defence and Aerospace; sell complex FX hedging, cash management, and trade finance tailored to long-cycle defense contracts. Build and leverage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors; mentor the next generation of talent on the London floor. Maintain a data-driven pipeline via Salesforce; provide internal Defence expertise and feedback to Product teams to keep the roadmap best-in-class for the sector. Demonstrate negotiation mastery, contribute to a culture of performance, and participate in opportunities for international mobility and career growth.
