Job Summary
Lead and coach store associates to deliver excellent customer experiences, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and step into the Manager role when needed. Responsibilities include driving store operations, ensuring the store looks vibrant, training and motivating associates, applying the company selling model to exceed customer expectations, supporting onboarding, adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies, managing daily schedules and payroll, and communicating with the store team to optimize performance and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficient with technology, including ability to operate store systems accurately
