Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for proactively advancing and securing sales within the designated territory by servicing existing accounts and driving incremental growth through informed, consultative selling. Activities include educating customers on products, conducting in-field visits to maximize revenue, developing and executing individual sales plans aligned to customer needs and geography, setting selling plans for each customer, ensuring accurate and timely order delivery, and performing merchandising duties when no support representative is available. Requires strong client skills, understanding of customer needs, and knowledge of RNDC products, services, and customers; may involve nights and weekends for promotional activities and account-related work.
Required Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Four year college degree, preferred
- 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state driver's license
- ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements
