Job Summary
Support store operations by greeting customers, handling transactions, and resolving inquiries while ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with current promotions. Monitor associate productivity, coach staff on sales techniques, and prepare weekly schedules to maintain proper floor coverage. Manage cash handling, inventory receipt, and loss prevention protocols, interpreting key performance indicator reports to deliver targeted coaching. Maintain awareness of security risks and operational policies while building clienteling relationships to drive profitability. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel throughout the district.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering on sales floor and stockroom, operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds, hand/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
